If your Panareha purchase does not meet your expectations or if you changed your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.

Return Process

Prepare your package with the return documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY and choose the option Return on the form. Select the products that you wish to return, and indicate whether you want a full refund or an exchange.

2. Place the items you would like to return in the original shipping box.

3. Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.

4. Schedule a pickup or drop your parcel at a DHL ServicePoint. You can find your nearest one following this link.


Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse team we will authorize a refund for the items returned in the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
Please note that some banks and credit card providers may take up to 14 business days to credit the amount to your account.
